THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROJECT
Your home.
Our personal commitment.
Dream Home Remodeling is led by Vio Costescu, a general contractor based in Morton Grove. We help homeowners plan and complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior renovations across Chicago’s North Shore.
A CLEARER WAY TO REMODEL
The work matters.
So does the experience.
We start by understanding what you want to change and why. That conversation becomes a defined scope, a proposal, and a plan for the work.
During construction, we coordinate the trades and finish details involved in your project. When a change comes up, we discuss its effect on the scope, cost, and schedule.
Our goal is a finished space that works for your life, with practical decisions and careful craftsmanship behind it.
